5/23 - University Kleftiko

Once again, we've ended up eating at the University! This time, however, it's a meal that has been planned out just for us! The university cooked up some Lamb Kleftiko so that we could get a taste of native Cypriot food. If you recall far enough back, I had ordered lamb Kleftiko for the very first dinner in Cyprus - It seems like so far away now that we've made it through two weeks of classes, excursions, studying, and hanging out, and despite our joking about how all the "ethnically diverse students" had ended up sitting at a different table from the Caucasian students by some stroke of bad luck, it really felt like a family dinner. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures tonight - but even so, I wanted to commemorate a great evening with some great people, with great food cooked up by a University that I'm really grateful to have had the opportunity to visit.
