5/31 - Cypriot Night/ Finale

Cypriot night marks the official last night of the Pitt in Cyprus dinner nutrition blog! I'm really glad that everyone had the chance to follow me through the great food that I've gotten the chance to experience in Cyprus, and I hope that the histories and the nutritional values of the food here have provided insight into the stark differences in culture between American and Cypriot food choices! For the final dinner in Cyprus, I've decided to deviate from the usual nutritional values; this is mostly because I'm ashamed to admit how much I really ate tonight - Dr. E will attest that despite me and Thia showing up late (there were some issues with finding/getting her travel documents), we certainly didn't refrain from eating our fill and more!

I thoroughly enjoyed myself on Cypriot night - all of our group ate and drank until we couldn't fit another bite, and after returning to Paphos Gardens, we headed out to flairs to hang out and have a good time with our fellow students from OSU, and surprisingly, with the one and only Dr. E - what a way to end our time in Cyprus!

I'd like to thank all of my loyal readers for bearing with me throughout this food and nutrition blog! Stay tuned for future content - I'll be in China later this summer, travelling through Shanghai, Hefei, Beijing, and Taiyuan!

Signing off,

Edward Lin
