5/7 Steak and Liver Pie

     Today's dinner was more than somewhat unappealing. Jim and I had originally planned on going to the gym after class, but those plans really fell through due to a lack of motivation on my and Jim's part. We decided instead to just get food. I ordered what I thought would be a buttery, flaky crusted, pie with aromatic umami steak. However, what I received was unworthy of a picture on this blog. The crust was soggy and stale, and couldn't even be cut through with a knife. The steak on the inside was the texture of a boot sole with the taste of boxed dinner meat. Considering that the meal took almost 20 minutes to even show up in front of us, my expectations were left unmet.
