We headed over to White Hart, and I ordered the Afelia-

Pork marinated in red wine served with a rice pilaf. It was absolutely delicious, and I decided that the flavor necessitated some research. I learned that the name,"Afelia," originated from the greek Ovelia, meaning meat cooked on a spit. Evidently, the food has changed as much as the word. What I received was nothing near a spit-cooked pig, but at the same time was nothing short of delicious.
